David has 15 years of leadership experience between the US military, logistics, and technology industries. He has spent a decade working for Fortune 50 companies, improving their processes and increasing individual employee effectiveness, retention, and process improvement.
He has many years of experience with streamlining individual processes using 5S, employee feedback, and IO Psychology practices. Armed with a Psychology degree, David uses this in conjunction with his leadership background and familiarity with Organizational Psychology to help build strong, effective, and engaged teams.
In his free time, David can be found hanging out with his two pups, enjoying fine PNW craft beers, perfecting his RBF, and mastering the art of debating things that don't matter.
